Here’s a look at some other simple yet powerful routines our team practices to stay balanced.
Karen Siegel Propis
Karen starts every morning with 12 ounces of lemon water—and continues sipping it all day to stay hydrated and support digestion. She also takes a daily probiotic and uses Chinese herbal formulas that have supported her through different life stages.
To unwind after work, she practices “legs up the wall” pose, which relaxes the spine and activates the parasympathetic nervous system to ease stress.
Monica Mae Leibson
Monica believes prevention is key. Her self-care blends emotional, spiritual, and physical practices, with movement at the center—whether it’s swimming, dancing, roller-skating, or walking her dog.
As a mom of two teens, she schedules regular “me time” to stay grounded. Living gluten-free has also shaped her diet, helping her cut down on processed foods.

Julie Silver
Julie’s wellness revolves around consistency. She practices Pilates twice a week, uses the elliptical for cardio, and starts her mornings with journaling and reflection.
