This is one of my favorite (and easiest) breakfast to make and enjoy!
Oats are a good source of carbohydrates and are high in soluble fiber which can help reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels and promotes healthy gut bacteria. They are very high in many vitamins and minerals.
Bananas are a good source of potassium, soluble fiber and a food source of probiotics.
Peanut butter provides protein along with essential vitamins and minerals.
1 cup milk of choice
2 TB Peanut Butter powder or 1 heaping tablespoon natural PB
1/2 or 1 whole small banana
1/4 – 1/3 cup whole grain oatmeal
Dash or 2 of cinnamon
Add all ingredients into mason jar. Store overnight and enjoy in the morning for a quick, easy and nutritious breakfast.
