What Does It Mean to Be Patient-Centric? 👍

At our clinic, our acupuncturists work at as a team. “All the spokes in our wheel are held together by a single center — our patient!”  Our patients always come first. We work together to coordinate care as a team, maintaining  the highest standards. No matter who you see, you’ll always receive the same exceptional quality of care and support.”

Scheduling and coordination of care:  we believe your healing shouldn’t be delayed by scheduling conflicts. Our office has scheduling flexibility that puts our patients first, which includes extended office hours (including nights an weekends).  When your availability doesn’t match your acupuncturists schedule, we offer you the option to see another qualified practitioner. It’s not uncommon for our patients to work with several of our acupuncturists throughout their healing journey, depending on their specific needs and circumstances.

Limits:   Many healthcare systems create barriers that limit patients’ access to treatment. If your provider’s schedule doesn’t align with yours, you might face extended wait times—sometimes weeks—leaving health issues untreated. For example, if your primary provider is out of town, most clinics require you to wait until they return. Or, you may have to “jump through hoops” to have certain testing done.  Whenever you are in need of treatment, we are a phone call away!
